You’ll receive the majority of the content on same day, either via AirDrop (iPhone only) or via OneDrive the following day. Curated reels and footage will be delivered within 48 hours.

Queenstown weather has a mind of its own, but we’re flexible. If we need to shift the date due to extreme weather, we can reschedule (subject to availability) at no extra charge. We’ll always do what we can to make sure you still get the magic

Yes! We travel anywhere in New Zealand and Australia for weddings, elopements, and events no matter how small or large. Travel surcharge may apply depending on the location.

Yes, select content may be used on our website, Instagram, TikTok, or other promotional channels. If you prefer certain moments to remain private, just let us know and we’ll respect that completely.
